Had a response from Sonex that if things are assembled correctly, the inboard paddle won't be a problem contacting the outboard doubler. Bolting the doublers flat against each other does not represent the correct alignment on the finished configuration. Question is, are things assembled correctly? I'm pretty sure they are, and others are seeing the same fit issue, so I guess we'll know better when someone completes the whole folding assy. If it is still a problem, should be easy enough to remove the paddle and trim it down about 3/16".
Updrilled LH inbd/outbd fwd folding rib pivot blocks, rib, doubler and doubler channel with #29 drill and countersunk for #6 MS screws. The #29 drill worked well for the #6 screws.
